Starch and Gluten
HUIDA PACKING proposes weighing machines, bagging systems, packaging machines, palletisers and wrappers for all types of starch (corn, potato, rice, manioc and wheat) and for gluten.
Thanks to net weight or gross weight weighing systems, any dosing and production level can be managed.
The product can be packaged using:
vertical packaging machines, for 100 g to 15 Kg packages
bagging systems for packaging in open mouth bags up to 50 Kg
big-bag systems for packaging large quantities
For the starch and gluten, which are in powdered form, HUIDA PACKING guarantees maximum attention to the tightness of closure, hygiene and containment of the dispersion of the dust during the bagging phase.
All of the starch and gluten packaging machines can be manufactured entirely in 304 stainless steel, in addition to the parts in contact with the product.
Using the shrink wrappers and case packers, the packaged product can be organised in bundles and introduced into boxes. Finally, thanks to a wide range of palletisers, the packages can be placed on pallets and wrapped by automatic and semi-automatic wrappers.
