OEM Service

  • Customer Requirements

The OEM first identifies the customer's requirements, including the type of product to be packaged, the packaging material, the desired production speed, and other specifications.

  • Design and Engineering
Based on the customer requirements, the OEM designs and engineers the packaging machine, including its structure, mechanical components, electrical components, and software.
  • Procurement
The OEM procures the necessary components, such as motors, sensors, controllers, and other parts, from various suppliers.
  • Assembly & Testing

The OEM assembles the packaging machine, including its mechanical and electrical components. The machine is then thoroughly tested to ensure that it meets the customer's requirements and operates correctly.

  • Installation & Commissioning

Once the machine is complete, the OEM installs it at the customer's site and commissions it, which involves fine-tuning the machine and testing it again to ensure that it operates correctly.

  • Training & Support
The OEM provides training to the customer's operators on how to operate and maintain the machine. The OEM also provides ongoing technical support to the customer to ensure that the machine operates smoothly and efficiently.

R&D PROCESS

Ideation

This stage involves coming up with ideas for a new product. The ideas can come from various sources, such as customer feedback, industry trends, or brainstorming sessions. It's important to consider the target audience and their needs when generating ideas.

Market Research

Once you have a list of potential product ideas, it's important to conduct market research to determine the viability of each idea. This involves analyzing the market, identifying competitors, and assessing customer needs and preferences.

Concept Development

Based on the results of the market research, you can narrow down the list of ideas to a few that have the most potential. Then, you can develop a concept for each idea that outlines the product's features, benefits, and unique selling proposition.

Prototyping

At this stage, you can create a prototype of the product to test its functionality and usability. The prototype can be a physical or digital representation of the product, depending on the type of product.

Testing

Once the prototype is ready, it's time to conduct testing to ensure that the product meets the needs of the target audience. Testing can include focus groups, surveys, and usability testing.

Refinement

Based on the feedback from testing, you may need to refine the product design and features to improve its functionality and appeal.

Launch

Once the product is refined and ready, it's time to launch it into the market. This involves creating a marketing strategy, setting a price, and determining distribution channels.

Post-launch Evaluation

After the product is launched, it's important to evaluate its success and gather feedback from customers. This can help you make improvements to the product and refine your marketing strategy for future products.
UPTIME - Maximizing Your Investment in Machinery
When you invest capital in a project you expect the machine to perform as designed. That's a given.
But performance extends well beyond the Factory Acceptance Test.
Can you scale production? Adapt to new requirements? Train new operators?
When your line fails on one of many European holidays, do your customers suffer?
We've built our ongoing support program around a few simple principles:
  • If your machine is still running you should still be able to get parts and service, no matter how old it is.
  • When you call, we should have a knowledgeable technician available to help.
  • Retrofits are a normal part of business - not a distraction.
Incremental Loss of Production in VFFS Machines
We reject the industry mindset that over the years of running your machinery, it's expected that you'll see an incremental loss in efficiency as it ages.
It's our experience that with the foundation of a reliable VFFS machine, proper preventative maintenance, reliable spare parts and a VFFS service team that is committed to the consistent performance of your machine, your capital equipment will maintain the effectiveness it was built for.

Reliable VFFS Machines with No End Of Life
As a part of our no end of life principle, HUIDA PACKING spare parts for your VFFS machines are never obsolete when you need them.
The only time you should have to shop for a new VFFS machine, is when the new technologies are too drastic to be retrofitted to your existing one.

Need Your Manual?
We offer downloadable operator manuals which include wiring diagrams & explosion drawings for most machines. (Please note that most machines have custom configurations. If you need specific drawings for your machine, please contact our service department.)
